Processing Time

​

Due to Covid-19 we have had to extend our processing time to 5-7 Business Days.

Our processing time varies from 2-4 Business Days. 

Business Days are Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Shipping Time

 

We ship via USPS, First Class and Priority selected upon checkout.

All Shipments come with tracking information.

If packages are late, lost, or stolen; please contact USPS for information

 What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

​

Because each item is made to order we do not offer refunds.

​

We do offer exchanges in some circumstances.

​​

  • A request for an exchange must be done within 48 hours of delivery date. 

  • If exchange is approved item must be shipped to us within 48 hours of approval. 

  • Item must be in new condition and exchanged for the same product.

  • Buyer is responsible for return AND exchange shipping.

  • Product must be received and inspected before your exchange is processed.

  • Refer to processing and shipping times.

  • We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages you will need to contact USPS.

If we ship an incorrect or defective product we will replace the item at no cost to the buyer.

Are your designs original and can they be replicated?

​

90% of our designs are original and CAN NOT be legally duplicated or replicated

without consent of OGG. Any designs or concepts remade and not

authorized by OGG will receive a cease and desist. 

 

Do you offer bulk Chapter/Line Customization?

​

OGG does offer bulk customization of their designs and products.
